Put in Sylvania Silverstars, ordered a couple parts from various places.

Haven't driven at night yet, but the headlights look less blue than my old sylvania super platinam, but have a whole lot more glare. Almost like a superwhite but brighter.

Anyone who deals with sylvania deals with silverstars... seen em allover.

They are pretty bright overall, with a wider span.

I just hate how it gives my headlights the cat-eye look cuase the tip is dipped so far in (like jdm fogs on g2 jdm headlights).

I had the sylvania blue things at one point in time. And these are by far the best headlights i've used. (comparing to optilux superwhites, GE cool blue, every eurolite almost, and some other sylvania blue things)

todays mod: took the dremel to the hood and cut away more metal under the scoop to improve air flow... will be cutting one side of the scoop tomorrow to get rid of the odd slanted look

was too lazy to cut the scoop so i worked on another mod: ran the power line for my radar detector behind the dash and hooked it up to my stereos power wiring. then I installed a switch to control it

Had to do another one last week as a different one shot out this time. You have to remember cody, sure he's running 11.8:1, But with numbers like 210 psi cylinder pressure, and when the shop that does my engine work says i'll be running around 11.5:1 and the head i'm using previously had 364,XXX km's on the clock it's time that those threads wear out, the excess pressure just helped them come right out. Anyways they are all done except for one now because i ran out of heli-coil inserts.

Mod of today: washed the car woot woot
