Haven't booked yet but will probably do it within the next week or two

I'm going to book the MGM room first cause you have 48 hours to cancel within any penalties. Will wait and see how the airfare rates are to Vegas from Allegiant Air, Westjet and AC.

I booked it for Tues/Thurs. They bumped the price up by $10, now the price is $89 for anyone looking to go on short notice.

kitsune 04-11-2010 11:10 PM

Anyone know when's an off-peak season to go to Vegas?
Looking for hotel+air for less than 600 if possible....? lol

I'm guessing you are leaving closer to the weekend right? The prices are usually really cheap from M-W, and pretty much double by the weekend. I'm trying to see if I can book a cheap ass room for one night and leave earlier, might actually save money on the flight lol.

I checked earlier and its the same price if I leave Vancouver a day earlier or Vegas a day later. :\

Who's gone down recently? I'm going to UFC 114 plan to do the usual Vegas party stuff. Anyone been to HAZE at City Center? Done Tao, XS, Tryst. Dont really want to go to Tao again its too packed in there, but definetly gonna hit up XS.

Harvey Specter 04-15-2010 11:53 PM

Got back from Vegas yesterday, stayed at the Aria. It's a pretty decent hotel but not really on the level of Wynn and other 5 stars on the strip. The rooms are decent, touch control everything which becomes annoying after a while. City center was pretty dead, I did pass by HAZE and it look dead but mind you it was a weekday.

Booked June 11 to 14, Warm up for my bday weekend. Staying at Venetian or PH have not decided yet.
I like the size of the Bella Suites at the Venetian.
I like PH because of the location and it is a shorter trip to your room.

Suggestions for Heli-Tours to the Canyon? Should we see West or South Rim?

Thought this deal seemed alright:
http://www.papillon.com/popris/show_...19&lang=en-US#

Opinions?

Crap can't find the proper link.

The tour was through Papillon, 4+ hours, hotel p/u/drop-off, fly over dam, land in the Canyon, fly around some lakes, etc. $260+fees.

I'm staying at Aria first week of May. Hopefully CityCentre isn't as dead as when you went. I will be there for a Friday and Saturday.

Have people gone to XS? How is it? What's good on Friday there these days?
