Stayed at Caesars Palace and the weather was great! (Caesars has great pools and they don't check for a room key, so if your around the area go in and check it out!)
Saw the new Viva Elvis Cirque show at Aria and The Lion King at Mandalay Bay, both excellent shows!!

Checked out a restaurant by the name of Serendipity 3 next to Caesars, great place! They have a great patio right on the strip and yummy food!

Any good pics?

I missed vegas, the fact that you can buy drinks so easily and just drink it on the street. For those who went, did you get harassed by those porn slappershttp://lh3.ggpht.com/_mF8OApz9VpQ/Se...w/IMG_2024.JPG?

I made it a point to collect as many of those as possible.

It was awesome because once you accept them from one porn slapper, the rest flock to you like vultures

I did the exact same on my last day during my visit, after buying some snacks from walgreens for the flight back I saw a bunch of them standing outside. I decided to take some, next thing you know I was surrounded by them and had about 40 of those cards in hand

It's fun because you end up comparing it with your friends and seeing which of you got the hottest *fake* escort card

Anybody recommend things to do besides sightseeing or shopping on the strip in the mid-afternoon?

We won't have a hotel, so pool lounging is out. Unless there's pools where you can pay to get into (but not pool party, don't wanna party myself out during the day).

Or any decent low key lounges to chill at?

Got back today and had an alright time. Started off kind of shitty, arrived and lost my phone within 20 minutes of landing. I think it fell out of my bag when I paid the cab driver...... So I was meeting my friends later that night who were going to call me when they arrived on my lost phone. I didn't have any of their numbers because I don't remember any numbers, hell I don't even know my wifes cell number by heart. I made two 2 minute phone calls, one to work to get the phone canceled and one to my wife to let her know I lost my phone and I was charged a $15 connection fee each time which is utter fucking bullshit. Get a calling card if calling from your room, lesson learned.

So that was a gong show, didn't meet up with them until day 2 but after that it was alright. Gambling was OK, did alright for 3 days got killed last night but overall not to bad. Bally's for the price was awesome! I will stay there again, $20 trick got me in the renovated tower so totally worth it.

I ran into an episode of cops, they were busting a guy on the strip with two huge bags of weed, cameras lights was pretty funny. I should have taken a picture but I just kept walking.

We did the buffet deal, got two dinners and a breakfast/lunch out of it. Planet Hollywood for dinner one night, Flamingo for breakfast because of the short line and Paris for dinner that night. For $37 after taxes I'm not sure how you can wrong. Good trip overall can't wait to go back.

Was staying at Caesars a few days ago and they have a wicked pool (I should say pool's)!. They don't check for key cards or anything, just walk right on in and grab a pool chair, some towels and buy some drinks!

Forum shops at Caesars is good and central, but has a lot of high fashion shops. If you want more of a Metrotown kinda mall the Fashion Show Mall near the Wynn is great! The Outlet Mall (off strip) is pretty much like the Seattle Premium Outlets, in fact it is owned by the same company, so no point in wasting your time with it...

When you're in Vegas, the Goods always outweighs the bads! :D

Awesome, I'd definitely wanna try this. A few of my friends are going shopping instead, but I'd prefer to sit by a pool and nap in the afternoon and party at night.

We are flying in at 1pm Saturday, then renting a car, partying all night in Vegas and then driving to LA early Sunday morning to catch a 7-night cruise to Mexico. Can't wait!

Cheap, clean, central.

As I've said many times on this thread, I'm there to gamble, shop and party. I don't spend much time in my room. Bally's suits me just fine.

It's going to be around 40 degrees there, napping in the sun will probably have you well done 30minutes.

More like 10 mins. Make you sure you wear tons of sunscreen, I learned a hard and painful lesson buying cheap ass sunscreen when I went to Miami.

I would try those booths called 'Tix4Tonight'. Usually they have discounted shows, however, if you're looking for the more popular shows such as 'O', then you're out of luck.
