not really bad, i had air in my brake lines, so goin into the hairpin turn i couldnt stop..... after 10 ft it stopped, but i figured it wouldnt be a good idea to race anymore. my dad will help me bleed them in the next couple of days though, so ill be out in full force next time.

my first run was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much fun though. i pretty much drifted most of the way around the sweeper hahahahah wooooooooooooooooo that was cool!

deathangel!

i got my S-AFC, and was wondering if theres anything special i should know during installation? all the instructions included are japanese and the .PDF's from the Apexi site arent too knowledeable.

for instance, for splicing into the ECU harness, it shows instructions for 6 wires, but uhh theres still like 4 or 5 other wires that id guess need to go somewhere... im gonna try and install it soon, maybe tommorow.

thanks man!

ohh, i got my R/T testpipe too!

ok cool, thanks deathangel. ive been collecting S-AFC info off of supraforums for the last few weeks. most of it is for tuning and not the actual install. if i have probs i'll fire a email his way.

how it looks right now is the extra wires are for the different cars. i was looking at the wrong diagram (hotwire) when it should have been the karman, which only leaves 3 extra wires.

guess i wont really know til i have the ECU exposed.

speaking of which, is the ECU hard to get at? ive never yanked the glovebox, any hidden screws or annoyances i should know about?

ECU is really easy to get at just undo screws holding the foot well cover on then take out the glove box then remove the gaurd behind that i think 10 screws and 2 bolts is all

Don't forget though when looking at the diagram of the ECU harness it is showing you for the back of the harness as if it was plugged into the ECU and make sure to pull the plugs out of the ECU before soldering or you could potentially damage the ECU (very bad thing) good luck!
