well i will know if it works or not. will be getting 2 ds set up with flash carts. |
New pics of DSLink http://www3.emu-zone.org/host/ediy/e...P2010001_1.jpg http://www3.emu-zone.org/host/ediy/e...P1010001_1.jpg http://www3.emu-zone.org/host/ediy/e...P1010009_1.jpg http://www3.emu-zone.org/host/ediy/e...P1010005_1.jpg More here. Supposedly, only flashed DS' can load the DSLink as the company itself is debating whether to cut costs by not implementing a passme method within the card itself. |
benny wanna flash my ds for me?? $$$ pay ya lol |
the ds link looks to be really sexy. |
this might be a noob question to ask or something, but if i were to buy one of those wi-fi usb things, could i play with 2 nintendo ds' with it? |

got my EZ4 lite yesterday. Been playing games on it ever since. The quality of it doesnt feel that great and its not really 'flush' with the DSL. Will post pics up later. But 90$ USD with the EZ4 Lite,USB extension cable, USB SD reader, SD Adapter, 1gb sandisk micro SD was a pretty good deal. |

thought u had the ds lite too. =( |
http://opium.gbatemp.net/flashme/sl1vr.jpg I don't mind giving it a go as I flashed my fat one, but I won't take any blame if I mess up :P Basically, you have to short the bridge of the hole without touching the left side because that will turn off the DS. If it turns off during flashing, your DS is a happy 150 dollar brick. Why do we have to short the SL1? If we don't, we can't flash the firmware. |
screw the flashing lol. ill just leave it as is. lol i already bricked 1 ahha |
Least you swapped it, LOL Buy one from Wal-Mart, they dont even check it if you return it, they just give you another one, LOL |

yeah, i really want to see how it sits inside a ndsl. where did you get it from? |
Attention everyone with a NDL, I can flash NDLs for some cash as I wanna upgrade to a NDL myself, LOL. Should take around half an hour or less each, I only need the DSL. If I brick it, I will pay for repairs. No need to worry as I have the perfect tool to short the SL1 without touching the VR1 which will turn off the DS resulting in a brick if it's in the flashing process. Why flash the DS? It saves battery life by 2-3 hours due to the fact that you don't need the Passcard / Superkey / EZPass inside the DS. P.S. I'll also flash normal DS's even cheaper! |
brick warning :) j/k benny |
I have fool-proof tool that won't short the VR1 so it won't brick :D |

Will, how do you pull the MicroSD out? Use your fingernails or tweezers? Do you actually really have to open up the damn thing? If so, I might go get a Supercard Lite as there's no slowdowns on anything especially the Castlevania intro! |
