So my previous visa card expired, they sent me another one but like a dumbass I lost it somewhere. That one was canceled and so they sent me another. I just tried activating it and shes asking me all this information and she puts me on hold for a sec and comes back "I'm sorry Mr.Wilkinson I won't be able to activate your card at this time due to you proving me with incorrect information." I start laughing and I ask her what information is wrong? and she responds with "I'm sorry I cannot reveal that information at this time" I laugh more. "please go to your branch and have them activate it for you" I continued to laugh.
