harsh got ripped off by a rs user named kT

i want a refund but he's never on msn anymore..
and he doesn't reply to his PM's

i don't think theres anything the mods can do anyway :(

officejesus 07-03-2007 09:44 PM

weell, i told him i was a size L, sometimes wear medium.
i check the tee's later on.. all of them are size S except one medium

he charged me retail prices for used tee's (i mean it wasn't even washed. there was some brown stuff on the collar of the white stussy)

and jeans had discoloration at the bottom (claimed it was worn once)

same jeans ^ are clearanced at livesale $50, he charged double ($100) b/c he's saying he paid $199.99 when he first got it..

and to top it off, he insisted i added $10 cash

i guess its partially my fault b/c revscene has been good to me until this one deal, i thought i could trust people.

damn i should've flaked :( no joke b/c i'm pissed.

i went out of the phone scene for a while after i got my u600.

what's the big thing about the e840, i looked it up on gsmarena.

only thing i see is-

cheap price
solid looks
document viewer?
quadband

i personally think the E840 looks better than the U600, but thats just me.

For the price, you get a phone that looks great, with great functionality.

Thats whats so good about it

Plus, U600 is literally everywhere.

But while we're on this topic, did samsung remove the standy clock feature on their newer phones?

albert116 07-05-2007 08:58 AM

haha ok you guys convinced me.

maybe i'll grab one this week

Normally i'm a nokia/SE guy, but I love my E840

albert116 07-05-2007 11:29 AM

are the ringtones pretty loud?

and does it happen to have that music player that the u600 has?

the ringtones are loud enough for me.. if its not loud enough for you, it can always be amped up a bit

i havent seen the music player on the U600, but the background is green with yellow text..
it automatically minimizes when you close the phone

Congrats!
E840 fanbase is building already! :p

now if only momax would make some good screen pro's ..

albert116 07-05-2007 03:34 PM

i find it hard to navigate with the touch controls and the dpad with that screen pro that came with the phone, but i don't wanna take that out.

but i like the phone so far...i like how the lights of the touch sensitive buttons would go on and off as you press on them.

The look of this phone does remind me a lot of the D900 (but with touch controls on this one)...

yeah the basic mold of the phone is similar to the D900 but I find navigating through the menus pretty simple =)

RR33 07-05-2007 05:17 PM

the power/lock button is sooo not in the right place.. i almost the drop the phone twice while unlocking it. thank god im a good catcher.

!Aznboi128 07-05-2007 05:25 PM

lol dunt fall!

albert116 07-05-2007 05:39 PM

i wanna peel the whole thing off...the glossy front looks so nice without that screen protector...lol...But it looks like it can get scratched very easily.
