$300 is not bad for a relume, but then again, i wonder how much it would cost if i simply bought a new dial. one guy swapped a PO quantum of solace dial to his regular PO and the blue lume is really different from the conventional green

The new sub already has the blue lume just like the dssd. Probably the non ceramic sub owners doing the conversion.

Do u post on rolexforums often?

Nope, I mostly lurk, but when I can afford something I usually buy from WUS, TZ or W24/7.

The problem I find with rolexforums, paneristi, etc is that most of the time you can only afford 1 or maybe 2 on a good/great salary. Those guys have around 3-7+ high premium watches that they can talk about all the time, and they constantly trade :-P

I just feel I have nothing to contribute when those better collectors are there.

Should be around $800.00

I've rarely seen Omega current dials for the 40mm to 44mm range go up for sale, however the really old ones are like $140.00, depending on model.

moky 09-24-2011 06:58 AM

wow went up that much eh.
last time i checked for PO dials they were around 250 a dial (not the 007QOS):(
fak.same with a bezel, they were around 250-300 too

That's why I don't even check those forums anymore lol :fuckthatshit:

I have 1 Rolex, 1 Omega, and like maybe 10 random watches (G-shock, Diesel, Fossil, Tissot, etc) that were $150-$500.

Sometimes I wish that I didn't buy all those cheap random watches and just saved for a real watch, but hey, it made me happy. :fullofwin:

I'm just guessing based on ebay, and the pricing this guy I know who can get Richemont (sp?) repair parts. All the newer or more unique dials have gone way up, and this is also true for Swatch group.

I hear ya, just sold a bunch of my random watches and didn't even get back 20% of what I paid for them. Booo for diesel etc. lol.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good replica watch site?
I really want a patek, but obviously I can not afford one.
I just love the look of it. And I don't really care if I get a replica one.

Excelsis 09-24-2011 01:33 PM

hmm i'll pick 2 since the leather strap makes the guy's wrist look small

Spaceship_coupe 09-24-2011 01:37 PM

My vote is for option 1.

illicitstylz 09-24-2011 01:51 PM

good thing i was leaning towards 1 with the white chapter dial.

the strap i'm not too worried about since i can always change it.

Try Trusty Time. They seem to be recommended by some of the replica forums. I bought an Omega Seamaster from them a while back and didn't have any problems.

They'll actually take a picture of the actual watch you're buying and send it to you before they ship so you can see if there's anything wrong with it.

Nvasion 09-24-2011 04:50 PM

i say number 2

c3m 09-24-2011 06:53 PM

I'll say 1
That's the Euro verison
engraved caseback!

Other than that I prefer the all black one

BlackZRoadster 09-24-2011 07:14 PM

First one with leather strap

I'm going to pull the trigger on this panerai replica.
I've scoured RWG Forum - Fine watches, fine people for the last few hours and everyone there has said the new pan replica's are amazing!

I love the look of it!
It's going to set me back $400 but I think it's worth it

Excelsis 09-24-2011 07:35 PM

don't buy a replica please and don't support the replica makers hk economy :okay:

I am in love with Panerai and I can not afford to pay $5000 for one...

Excelsis 09-24-2011 08:55 PM

so you better tell people it's fake when they straight up ask you then :troll:

MindBomber 09-24-2011 09:13 PM

Most people who wear replicas freely admit that they are when questioned. If you like the style of a higher end watch but have other financial priorities, in my case tuition, a replica seems like a perfectly valid option.

BlackZRoadster 09-24-2011 09:21 PM

To those ppl wearing fakes, why dont you guys buy similar styles but don't have the namebrand stamped on it.
