firmware 4.46 has been released

can anyone purchase any games over the psn? I wanna buy this game but after I confirm my credit card or trying to add funds into it it say "an error has occurred" am I the only person who gets this...??

from which PSN store? i think ur cc will only work under ur home psn store (like the Canadian one)

psn for the ps3. It worked before. But after that one time, this error pops up.. And I am not sure if it is canadian or not. Its in default settings.

When did Sony scrap the ability to use a PSN purchased game on 5 consoles? Now it's down to 2? Fucking stupid since I play on any of 4 consoles fairly regularly.

News to me. Seems lame if you had more than 2 ps3s die on you then you're screwed?

You can deactivate the ability for a console with your account on it to download games but AFAIK you have to do it from the console itself, or presumably contact Sony.

i'm not surprised.. since how many normal ppl have more than 2 ps3 at once? ok let say one at your place and one at ur gf/parents place.. that's to stop ppl from sharing accounts/games

i dont really game anymore or else id be pissed (had several consoles in the house)


i finally tried Beyond Two Souls the other day or I should say I started to watch Beyond Two Souls the other day it's a pretty good movie and pretty weak game

picked up minecraft the other day... surprisingly im liking this better than pc because the user interface and mix and matching items has been simplified........ and playing with a controller

I can understand that, but seeing as they started out with 5 they should have kept it at 5. If they wanted to limit it to 2 they should've done that from the get go. Now I'm stuck moving consoles around which was the main reason I got so many in the first place.

Bought this for my vita not long ago just to play it when i'm lazy and in bed. I'm having a blast with this game and is quite addictive. There is tons to do even after you finish the game.

Anyone use a keyboard/mouse with their ps3?

my cousin/dad would like to play some games but they can't wrap their heads around the controller

i didnt think there were any options for them but then i found some kb/mouse peripherals for the ps3 but am unsure of their quality

i thought about it but said screw it, got used to controller and never looked back.
i believe logitech had a keyboard used with ps3 that had a touchpad on it that i heard was pretty good. unsure about the mouse though.

There are a few adapters you can buy that let you use any kb/mouse you like.

half way through beyond 2 souls

not really digging the story...biggest gripe is QTE on normal setting doesn't seem to penalize you at all for screwing up and there's still cliches in the plot like heavy rain

on a technical level, the graphics is hands down the best on ps3 and the cinematics is also top notch...the facial animation and textures easily rivals crysis 3 and it feels like a next-gen experience

yeah beyond 2 souls is visually appealing the movie isn't a bad watch (started off good but ended up not bad not great) but there really isn't any gameplay i think it's less than heavy rain and its so short!

the QTE is misleading...it can look like it wants you to hit say down on analog stick but it was supposed to be up. Probably didn't help there wasn't any brightness adjustment in options so I couldn't see shit in the dark scenes.

yeah! i hated that too you couldnt tell where to hit/dodge all the time but in the end it didnt matter it seemed the game still moved on

i picked up ninja gaiden 3 (i love the series) and i'm done day 1 (i guess act 1). i can tell they went a different direction with this game. more bloody, enemies are human. visually the attacks look cool but i feel like i don't have the same control of my attacks, more mindless button mashing (even for a button masher). anyone else play this game?
