Im a trophy whore. currently 20 plats. My hardest ones were Red Dead Redemption, uncharted 2 and the god damn God of War series.

How many do u guys have? Whats your hardest plats?

I love trophies too! but I suck :(
I do not have many platinum trophies but I constantly think about achieving many more.
I found the GOW series to be quite easy comparing to some others games that I have tried.
I had the hardest time trying to platinum the Batman games. I got frustrated and just left it alone as I don't want to ruin my Batman fun. I'd like to platinum GT5 but it takes forever with some of the long races.
I'm currently working on MGS4. I will be able to achieve the platinum trophy very soon, I just need to collect the last three emblems before my big boss extreme run.

GT5 is undoable for me. Ive spent so much time on the red bull challenge and i just barely made bronze. Dont see myself getting gold.......

I'm like 2 online trophies away from Red Dead Redemption after like 60 hours...the stupid one where you have to get 10 ppl in a lobby and get 10 kill assists...fucking hate online trophies :alone::alone:

im only missing 1 from God of war 3 as well...and I eventually wanna plat GT5

Nascar challenge is a BITCH too.

Hit up PS3trophies.org, look in the RDR trophy boosting thread. I boosted most of my online trophies for that game. I probably spent a few weeks on RDR for the plat. Damn level 50 bullshit.

I thought for one of the nascar under S class doesn't require Gold? It's the stupid one with where they force you to have driving assist that frigging slows you down at each corner

I know about RDR boosting but i'd figure that would be dead by now...i'll have a crack at it during xmas break or something

level 50...lol I farmed Solomon's Folly so much that I knew where all the bad guys were gonna pop up it was like wall hacks. If I do plat RDR that's the last time I'll bother with online trophies...or open world/sandbox game plats since I'll have mafia2/asassins creed 2 as well.

It's been a while since i did trophy hunting but I'm thinking of going for Falllout 3 Plat next...that'll be at least 80 hours for me :okay:

I farmed solomon's folly too, it was the quickest. what i hated was that sometimes, people would join your game and throw dynamites at you for no reason, bunch of douchebags.

Steering wheel setups make a huge difference when playing racing video games. It just feels more... awesome!!! :buttrock:

GoW3 is a reasonable plat...I'm just missing that stupid one where you have to get all the 10 items..meaning I'll probably need to do a easy runthrough :nyan:

I can't justify spending a couple hundred bucks on a wheel. I rather spend that on a couple of tanks of gas and getting behind a REAL one. =_=

Its fun driving at a race track but I've spent more at Mission and Portland raceway.
The steering wheel setup just makes the video game driving experience more enjoyable versus the regular controller.

i dont got a mic yet but gf's household got a ps3 so i got CoD3 and started playing. ill get a mic soon and maybe play something with one of you guys one day ? add me up :) refer to my sigg

for someone on a budget what steering wheel would you recommend?
logitech driving force gt?
thrustmaster rally gt force feedback pro?

Didn't Sony release a new wireless headset? Looks kind of neat but not sure if its any good.

GLOW, I'm not too sure about the budget wheel. I do not have any experience with the wheels that you mentioned but I'm sure you could get a good deal on a Logitech G25. I use a G25 and its a great wheel. I'm sure someone else who has more experience with other wheels can point you in the right direction. There is a thread on RS with a bit of information. I think it was called steering wheel setups? I'm not too sure. I'll try to find it.
If I were you, I would save your money until you can purchase a G25 or G27 its way better then anything else that's currently available.

I have it...huge upgrade over last year's model. Build quality is comparable to real headphones...but I would say the original is still an excellent bang for the buck on the classifieds (sold mine for $60)

Glow, dunt bother with the driving force gt. i got both g27 and driving force gt and the g27 trumps it 10:1. Imo dfgt is sort of a waste. The g27 is much smoother and everything just feels more crisp. I hear the porsche fanatec wheels are pretty solid too
