I pre-ordered Street Fighter 4 at EB. they don't have anymore Collector's Edition in the downtown location but the guy said to check on the day of launch cuz there may be cancelled orders.

it's not Capcom that's doing it...almost all the newer games now are $69.99. Fallout 3 cost me $69.99 yesterday. I think COD5 is also $69.99 now.
I'm sure that KZ2 and RE5 will be $69 as well...
