Why would I want to chat on the 360 when my desktop and laptop can do the exact same thing?

So when you are playing games with your friends on XBOX Live, you are going to run back to your computer to chat with them about what to play next?

Trust me, this is a good thing. It's the next step in console evolution, at least in terms of online games.

i think it's a good thing as in extra features are never bad but after trying it for a bit today it's just clumsy. and i don't usually want people msning me when i'm playing anyway.

that said at least they let you plug in a usb keyboard so you don't spend half an hour writing each message.

yeah it's useful for people who don't have their 360s right beside their computer. since i have my system hooked up downstairs, it's nice not having to miss msgs because i was playing games.

This is especially good for us since a lot of ppl in Canada use msn. Apparently most of the states use AIM or yahoo messenger.

i haev heard that is more of an enxpansion pack to halo 2 and not truly a brand new game like halo 2 was in comparison to 1. The tag line i heard was "it's more like combat perfected as opposed to combat evolved"
