i liked the episode and I knew people like Noir wouldn't have seen it yet since it has been MIA for a while.

it was decent, the fact there were so much press on Michael leaving and all, i was quite disappointed because the title of the episode would have ruined it for me but they did it pretty good. not too lame, not too traditional so I'm really happy that it turned out the way that it did.

Noir 03-25-2011 02:19 PM

^ hunh? I did see it.

i stopped watching the office for its humour after season 5....it's quite dry now but the occasional sentimental episodes like the last one makes it worthwhile to stick around.

good episode..don't know whats happening next though, very good ending.

It's already been known for some time now that Ricky Gervais (The guy who played the boss in the original British version of The Office) will be replacing him. They even had a little cameo of him meeting Michael in, I THINK, episode 14?

Anyways if you haven't watched The British version, his humor is similar to Michael but at the same time quite different. I feel this will be a welcome change since the series is really dragging on now. They needed something fresh.

As for last episode, the last scene made me a little sad and realize that I'm gonna miss seeing Michael Scott.

Errr....source?

I really doubt Ricky will replace him, even though he will be reprising his role from the original Office in the season finale.

You guys are right. I apologize for jumping the gun. It was the talk of the last many months about Ricky Gervais taking over for Steve Carrell and with that little cameo he had in episode 14, I was certain that he was going to be the replacement.

But according to ign it is not definite who will take over and even unlikely that Ricky Gervais will be the replacement (as he is a busy fellow).

Damn too bad, I really liked Ricky Gervais on The Office UK and was looking forward to reprising his role as David Brent.

6793026 03-28-2011 02:49 PM

Ricky won't replace him. Will will be in a few episodes but that's it. They just finished filming the office final episode and gave STeve a huge "World best boss" cake as fairwell.

NEW EPISODE OUT ;)

"training day"

DanHibiki 04-15-2011 01:46 AM

Will Farrel + Steve Carrel on the Office = SO MUCH WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNN :fullofwin:

Ch28 04-15-2011 08:08 AM

^ I thought it wasn't that great

illicitstylz 04-15-2011 08:30 AM

meh it was an ok episode, will ferrell suits the role especially with the "dry humour" the office is supposed to be

6793026 04-15-2011 09:13 AM

it wasn't bad, the script was done nicely. I mean typical Michael issues like someone is better / funnier than he is ..etc.

Dwight, Pam & Jim and Andy all are going to adjust to kiss ass... I thought it was pretty good, esp. Andy has now be on demand funny.. man, that's harsh.

oh. Will F doing the last 15 sec was funny "That baby should have a show ....." don't want to ruin it for those who didn't watch it yet.

donjalapeno 04-15-2011 09:18 AM

backwards hug hahahhaa.....fuck im gonna miss michael scott so much
