one of the better episodes of the office!

I dont think I ever posted a pic, but I mentioned it a few pgs back. Made Dwights desk for my gf a while ago. Then, this xmas I got her a teapot filled with memories as seen in X-mas special Yankee Swap.

yedah tonight's eposide was totally mehhhh the cross over was like... slow the fudge down, i couldn't understand half of what they were saying. maybe it's just me.

never watched the british version but i guess it's not about a paper company in that show? will definately give it a try after this season...too bad it's still pathetic despite carell leaving soon.

Yeah. Its about a paper company. The first episodes are identical, some story arcs are similar, but they become two very different shows after a while.

Also, if you like Michael Scott you may not like David Brent. Thats a common complaint a lot of people I know have.

I like this one more than the British..well seasons 1-3 at least.

I think it went down hill after giving all the side characters more personalities and making pretty much everyone a weirdo and not just Michael and Dwight. It takes away the awkwardness which was the show was based on at first. 2 weirdos in a boring, normal office with normal people. Before it was Michael and Dwight doing/saying something weird or offensive while everyone face palms. But now everyone is doing something weird or are totally okay with Michael's weirdness.

Anyone know why the British version only lasted 2 seasons?

I actually like both Michael Scott and David Brent. My only complaint was finding it hard to understand what they are saying half the time + cultural differences.

didn`t notice that but you`re right, almost everyone in the office has a weird awkward personality, the show would be ultra repetitive without that i guess, michael scott is not funny he makes me want to torture him, david brent was hysterical

I agree. One of the best episodes ever. I haven't lol'ed this hard since the early seasons when The Office was really good.

i'd say the christmas episode is on par with this one too

christmas episode was one of the best...the most recent one was weak..it was nice revisiting the scarn alter ego but didn't expected an whole episode on it...regardless it was only saved because some of the old cast got some cameo.

it's FINALLY back on and as we all know since it's not a secret no more but i wont' spoil it..
pretty decent and funny yet sad eposide... i wonder how it will turn out.
