noah 5/10, slow and boring |
Lone Survivor 6/10 It was fine I guess, for a war movie. If it came out in 2003 or so I would have loved it a lot more I think |
watched old boy (korean) after the recommendation of someone in this thread, i forget who. solid 8/10, the ending was really really well done. American Hustle - 8.5/10, i never thought of Amy Adams as the hot type but damn i was blind and now i see. Wolf of Wall Street - 9/10, was too long but it was a great movie yeah i didn't get much done this weekend lol |
Captain America Winter Soldier 9.5/10 Definitely a lot better than the majority of the other marvel movies |
American Hustle 6.5/10 Not sure what the hype was about. I place it in the same bucket as Gravity, but at least Gravity had the cinematography going for it. All AH had was that fleeting moment of Amy Adams' boob. |
Hachiko 8/10 crievrytiem :tears: |
Gravity 8.5/10 |
Noah: 2/10 Captain America: The Winter Soldier: 8/10 Anchor Man 2: The Legend Continues: 6.5/10 |
The Raid 2 - 9/10 |
the raid 2 - 9/10 as well So much action, and there is no censorship of the gore/violence -- I have never seen gore like this before lol |
American Hustle: 7/10 It should have been better. It had all the makings of a great movie: Good actors, good story, good writing, but somehow couldn't get it done. Perhaps a different director could have taken it there. |
Oculus 8/10 maintained a constant "edge-of-your-seat" tension throughout the last three-quarters of the film kinda got convoluted but came together at the end, and closed with a shocker creepy af |

The purge 2/10 terrible movie, had no story and wasn't exciting at all Frozen 6/10 I expected a lot more after so many good reviews from friends |

lone survivor 6.5/10 some parts are very unrealistic given it's a true story...and not enough lone wolf time given the title of the movie/book rush 8.5/10 the rivals on screen look so much like their real-life counterpart it's scary |
The Wolf of Wall Street - 8/10 went in with too high expectations, not leo's best acting, liked The Great Gatsby more both in picture quality and cast/acting, but nonetheless a great movie Spoiler! |
Captain Phillips: 9/10 Wow. The movie had me on the edge of my seat most of the time. Didn't think too much of it because it was a) Tom Hanks in a thriller? and b) I knew the gist of the story and figured the end. But with that said, great acting all around. Soundtrack, visuals, acting, basically everything worked in unison for a great film. Very entertaining. |
Wolf of Wall Street 9/10 Thought it stretched on for too long, but it kept me hooked the entire time. |
A Good Day to Die Hard 2/10 Horrible movie, the whole father and son bullshit was stupid. |
Geography Club 7/10. A little bit cliche but that's expected. |
Captain America: The Winter Soldier 8/10. Good movie with the experience of all the actions thanks to D-Box seats. :-) Posted via RS Mobile |
