I did port it.... I only ported the Exhaust housing. The Intake port is already rather large and porting it out more would jeopardize smooth idle. I like my car to run smooth as opposed to rough. If I ever opt for a large single turbo I may do the Intake but only then. As for coming up to Nanaimo for a meet I would be into it... My schedule is very F***ED lately and I would not write anything in stone. TTYL |
i am sure if you go with a medium size street port it wont be bad.. i have a huge one on my 1st gen and it idels smooth :) |

hard to live with? how so i find them cheeper then most other engines.. buy a set of plugs and an oil change everyone and awhile and your good to go for awhile! cheep and fun... you could get a sweet T2 now.. like that one that was for sale up island.. :) |

the paint is the best i could do at home and it came out really nice.. and teh fan keeps it cool.. it runs no hotter, i let is idel for 30min and no probs everything is sweet!! i need a new batt now.. mine is cooked for some reason?! go gel top is going in the back of the car.. i need to find who makes mounts and a box :) anyone now any place?? |

yesterday i changed my coolant in my car (screwed something up) now its not running right....hard to start all that... But on the way to a friends house i'm driving and i hit the gas and i hear POP with some flammage, whoa cool... So we get to my friends house i chill there until like 1 and then i come home..the cars running REALLY shitty... so i'm almost home and i give er some more gas (i have the lights off right now) and like 3 more pops and then one HUGE pop flames 4 feet long i swear lite up the whole road... Next morning i find out that they shut down the local highway connector to look for the gunman firing shots which was my car.... uh o.... hope i dont get into any trouble! |
