OMG 996 GT3RS!! |
No one would dare to touch those cars.. I think it is Central, Legco building. Especially the 930 in the front of the pic and the Caymen.. those are generational Porsche enthusiasts. Quote:

So I went to 黑布街 to get a deck after my stock cd player crapped out on me. Was set on getting the Pioneer AVH-4150... but it can't display Chinese characters and doesn't have a detachable faceplate. Ended up going with a JVC AVX826 (I am sure the sound doesn't compare as well to the Pioneer, but JVC has craploads of features like detachable faceplate, bluetooth, iphone ready, direct video playback from USB, etc). The installation seemed ok, didn't scratch the soft trims of the car at all. The guy was able to get his hands on a genuine Toyota plastic trim to around the deck and he put the handsfree mic on the A-pillar. haha the guy didn't talk much, but seemed to know his sh!t. Overall, I am quite happy. By the way, I wasn't able to find the Tomato TRD shop and that other Toyota shop was closed on Sunday haha. http://www.audiotech.net.au/content/...cKW-AVX826.jpg Also, bought a Momo ricer knob to replace the stock chrome knob. |

I think it's awesome! Though I think the sound quality could be a bit better (I had an Alpine deck before in my previous car and it sounded better)... I haven't play with the EQ settings yet, may be that will fix things. But feature-wise, this deck is unbeatable and bang for your buck. The Bluetooth and traditional Chinese support are awesome! |
icic ya u should play with the EQ setting u will see the different for sure! |
dude, how often do you stay in your car? pay much more attention on the road than in vancouver, people here are blind. speaking of which, have you ever fingered other drivers or pedestrians in HK? :lol they give you funny faces |
I've fingered a few; they are usually drivers who don't pay much attention. I try not to piss off the peds as they could kick your door in and run and you will never see them again. I don't really stay in the car much... but the stock deck was busted and if I were to get a replacement, I may as well get something better and double-din. |
