that car could be anywhere from 1998 to 2001 it's not old enough yet.

but if it were a parts-only car, would that matter? it would be scrapped after being parted out and never see the street intact?

i just thought that bringing the car in complete lessens the chance of missing parts or make things easier to swap since there is a complete car to look at.
