HK car audio things are often more expensive than Canada. That is very true. However if you are looking into the most nitpicky things that you won't find in Bestbuy and Futureshop you will be surprised at how easy it is to locate one in HK.

And then the cheap installs never hurt.

If you are looking for susp and stuff SuperGT probably has the best deals around next best to deals on 28car and car8. Cosmetic stuff (bodykits, bumpers, etc etc) can be had for way cheaper than other places in To Kwa Wan 13streets (土瓜灣十三街) too.

LOL, i want to add a 6-7" navi to my IS too (not the pop up like this picture), but the double din spot is so low, it would hurt my neck looking down every time. X.x

I have called almost every shop in HK, only a few models can display chinese text and about 25% chance the character cannot be displayed.

not even Chinese-made deck can display chinese text...how ironic

cause there are too many chinese-codes.
my computer at work doesnt display all chinese work even on the internet explorer.

I have renamed all my mp3s and videos on my usb for my tv deck...
join some local car club... they can help.

and they do real restoration work, and paint work etc. all by themselves, they're much more sophisticated and well learned about modifying cars than the (dare i say it?) clowns at SR

Although to be fair, for a place like SPS to run in vancouver, they'll need to be drug fuelled to survive
