Told you guys last week, Burrows is the 3rd twin!

MG1 02-19-2009 04:54 PM

OK, we'll give them one. Gives the Sens fans something to cheer about. It's the polite thing to do.

No, Sundin, wtf. Great timing, bud. Momentum if they score on the PP.

JSALES 02-19-2009 04:55 PM

fuck..

Tim Budong 02-19-2009 04:56 PM

SUNDIN>...WHYY

Razor Ramon HG 02-19-2009 04:59 PM

JSALES 02-19-2009 05:02 PM

gay

BlackV62K2 02-19-2009 05:02 PM

See what I mean but not calling it a blowout with 4-0 lead. Canucks get too confident when they have such a huge lead and sit back. Now it's 4-2. Once it's 4-3, the Nucks will play again.

Razor Ramon HG 02-19-2009 05:03 PM

What bullshit.

InvisibleSoul 02-19-2009 05:13 PM

Regarding the Sundin penalty... how do you get a boarding penalty when the person you hit doesn't even touch the boards after being hit?

AzNightmare 02-19-2009 05:13 PM

Wow... If I was Ohlund, I would of bodychecked the next Senator player through the glass on the next shift.

CRAP, i missed Demitra's goal. The replay wasn't very good. Have to watch highlights just to see it now.

why is burrows on the checking line now?

Probably because the lines were mixed up due to a powerplay or a penalty kill. Tired players, small injury, etc. Could be a number of reasons. Sometimes players are double-shifted, because the coach sees something. It's all a pretty complicated chess match at times.

Burrows was back on the line shortly after.

LoL, it wasn't much to see... he was trying to make a pass and it just happened to get through everyone and slowly slide into the net from behind the blue line...

The second Sens goal should not have counted. All it takes is another goal to make it 5-1, making it really difficult for the opposition to even want to try for a comeback. You're right in saying that no lead, no matter how much, is safe these days. I don't think the Canucks let up too much as the score would indicate. In the old days, people would accuse the other team of running up the score. I would love to see the Canucks play to an 8 - 0 lead.

Anyway, Toronto up next. That's a huge game. Save the goals and energy for that game. I think that game is going to be insane. So, in Detroit, they throw out the Octopussy, and in Vancouver, it's the salmon. What do the Leafs fans throw onto the ice? Next time Calgary comes to town, all the fans should have uber long hockey sticks swaying in the stands.
