Beiksa needs to smarten up. He could have cleared the zone before Mitchell totally fucked up. Plus, Beiksa takes the stupid penalty the other day. Beiksa is just a cocky little shit. I don't criticize individual players that much, but Beiksa bothers me.

Chicago is a very opportunistic team. The Canucks cannot make any mistakes. Chicago have sharpshooters that can bury the puck - the dreaded cross ice pass. For the most part, the Canucks have done a good job keeping the Blackhawks on the outside. We just need to create more offence and finish the play.

We're doing OK. I really believe the Canucks will cause a game 7.

Sports is so unpredictable. The Canucks players look like they are hurtin' pretty bad. Chicago have players that are injured, too, but so many of our guys look like they are injured far worse. This game and the one after is do or die, so injuries or not, the boys are going to go all out tonight.

Let me go on record that win or lose, I will always love my Canucks.

I was refering about the Canucks being up 3-1 series lead on the Wild in 2003 and blowing it with 3 straight losses to lose in game 7. Basically what the Rangers did this year.

a couple of friends apparently met Bieksa at a hotel before game 5. they just chatted and at the end asked if the nucks would win the game. He just responded: don't sweat it, of course.
