I'll say this.
I feel like she put on more makeup than the last couple times i saw her... but that could just be me over thinking. but she was dressed in her "stay home clothing"
Conversation wise, If you ask the average person. she didn't talk much (but i still feel like its more of an improvement than when i tried talking to her when we hung out as a group)
She messaged me after i left thanking me for bringing food over and complementing the icecream that i brought over (best she's tasted since she moved to Canada)
On the fence about asking for a second date.
I feel like even if she had interest in me, it would be the slightest, and with the pace of advancement she has shown me; I would get very frustrated......

I actually had a moment of realisation yesterday
I don't want to be tied down, i'm too selfish for that.
Someones gotta be pretty special in order for me to change my lifestyle for them

It makes them less and less desirable the longer they are single. Think about it, skills, like everything else, you either use it or you lose it. If you don't hone your relationship skills while you are still maleable under 40, the skill becomes non-existant.
I used to justify why I was single every time I failed with a girl and didn't get back up on that horse, but you find out that no matter how hard you try to put it off, the draw is companionship. I'll be honest, it sounded like you didn't make it seem like you were looking forward to it.
Replace all that shit with "Let's do ______" with something that she's interested in.

I'm actually happy. Girl I met last week didn't work out. Cause I couldn't have spend more than with her; dating someone 7 years younger didn't help. She had a good head on her shoulders, but I kept on thinking of how many time she used the word "like" in a sentence and it was staggering.

We are are in a world of 2016, people's attention's span are down to minutes if not seconds, tried to just reach out to her for a "friendly" coffee and offered to whatsapp. She was not comfortable which I can fully respect. I just dont want to be messaging someone 10 times a day (literally) and do it for over 2 weeks and then have it be ruined cause 1st date doesn't work out.
