I should make sure the fridge is empty before picking up my mom's cooking. We always make a request for one item, and end up with enough food for the whole week! Mom is awesome.

starting from the bottom working for free. Been grinding silently day in and day out in my industry. finally got the break i been waiting for, making my first step into upper management.

Still a long road ahead in terms of career goal but man its satisfying to kick back at the end of the day and reminisce about the old days and all the bullshit i grind thru in the beginning.

Sometimes I'm still not satisfy with where I am, but looking back I've come long way.

Have you talked with your doctor? Seems like you have depression. I've had depression since age 15 going 30 now. There are medications out there that help. I recommend you get a psychiatric evaluation.

dealing with family members and S.O with mental wellness issues is draining and straining..

It gets hard but you have to be strong for them.

I tried counseling. Couldn't open up to them because I can't trust them. That same issue is why everyone new I meet gets pushed away.
