The pro mode looks so cool..
you start as an ahl'er and make ur way up into the NHL..

they even put the forsberg deke in the game..

Its gunna be CRAZY

downloaded the ps3 demo yesterday, the pro mode is crazy, makes you feel like your really playing hockey lol

hahaha i like the whole fight concept thing too. where u can just body check some guy and circle him to start a fight or some shit. I seen it on the EA site. cant wait to play this...

the PS3 version is FINALLY smooth, unlike last year's sub 30fps gameplay graphics.

I can see myself burning lots of hours on this one again, espeically with the new EA league online play + supposedly better AI for fewer cheese goals.

I played the demo, gameplay is very similar to 08 which is fine with me since i loved 08, I'm on PS3, d0i-m0nster

I've bought every EA hockey dating back to the original in 1991 on the Genesis, I bought the system to play the game. Hockey and Madden are the reason I buy new consoles when they come out so in short there is no way I would not buy it. :)

Yup, should be the exact same version as the xbox 360's this year. I was very dissapointed seeing how nice and smooth and detailed the 360's was last year compared to the ps3's but we won't have to worry about it this year :)

Wow there were alot of crappy NHL games around 98-2003 i think

^ 2003 was sick! they had the slow motion style boosts or w/e and the set dieks lol iggy on the cover

The only thing i hate about this version is the "lift stick" move. Makes getting a clear cut break-away that much harder when your stick is lifted lol

Other than that the game is awesome.
