I have mixed feelings with them reducing the shot accuracy. My guys are missing a lot of guaranteed goals now because they always miss the net. My shot totals went down from an average 20-25 to 15 because they miss the net a lot more now.

However, it's definitely keeping the games closer now.

Was playing X360 version today, didn't see an update.. I'll check later.

But talk about sadness, my 47 winning streak in 1v1 was defeated in the shootout the other day.

i just downloaded this on pc a couple days ago, it blows bad compared to xbox and ps3..

but i can't complain, its downloaded.

yeah sucks they had to lower shot accuracy... even if ive never taken my game online, my scorer is feeling it now... there goes my BAP's dreams of beating gretzky's records...

Yeah I'm feeling it too. I used to be able to get atleast 5 goals a game in bap, now getting 3 is pushing it :cry:

whoa my club only scored 1 goal in 3 games...

I got 1 assist on an open net goal in my first game after the update.... This sucks!

scoring is like BS now. the goalies are like brodeurs. i like that they upped the aggressiveness though on cpu players

I noticed that after the update it's also harder to deliver bone crunching hits...especially along the boards...what do I have to upgrade to get that back?

it's definitely harder to score now online... but thta's good cuz I'm more of a D-minded player and I've had 7 straight shutout wins cuz the other guy just couldn't score on me. lol

anyone else notice the longer load times after the patch or is it just me?
games are taking longer to load in dynasty.. i hope my 60gb isnt wearing down

wow none of my friends who have xbox 360 have received the update yet. I got the update the same day it came out for my ps3. Weird....

Anyone who has this for 360 get their patch update yet ? Noone I know has it and everyone whp has it for ps3 received theirs already. Wonder whats taking so long for it to hit the 360 :D

MS has to test/approve everything before it hits Live.

I upgraded my Xbox360 to the new dashboard just released. Is it just me, or is NHL09 more sluggish? It seems like gameplay is slower.

don't know if its just me but the PS3 version runs a tad bit quicker

the load time for the games to start is noticeably SLOWER

dood i told you not to order from Dell! They take forever to ship major titles! :(



Man I'm not sure if i'll like this update haha. I just figured out how to score consistently now I might have to re-learn everything!

i am having so much trouble scoring with the new update......but i guess its more realistic now.....

All of the "old" ways to score goals still work, the one that you have to really work on is the wrist shot over the goalies shoulder when you're cutting into the lane, don't hold the control stick all the way :thumbsup:
