So bicycle shop owner, shot by former bicycle shop employee, who then tired to flee down Seawall on a bicycle according to some witnesses....so this was a hipster beef

Suspect was running to the cop car shooting 5 rounds, officers fire , suspect and officer are both exchanging shots and 4 officers come from behind and unload on the suspect. I thought that they killed him but the he looked like he was moving on the stretcher.
