Network deal is continuously raising the salary cap in the next few years; you have to look at these numbers and factor in inflation. Also DeMar took less than the max he was eligible to receive which was the Mike Conley 153mil/5 years. Although I do agree Mike Conley receiving the max is ridiculous.
