I absolutely hate how he's always being talked about as though he's some great player. He's accomplished nothing in his career at this point. The past 2 years, always hear about him being favorite to be MVP or his year for championship, yayadada, he can't win shit nor his garbage team. Dallas has done nothing this off season to improve their team. Until he wins, I don't see how he's considered "great" so far (sure he can put up triple number numbers and all, if you can't win and lead your team, means nothing). All I really see is his whining and bitching about plays during games, I don't dislike him, but just sick and tired of hearing about him on the media.

But he's the great white hope, the second coming of Larry Bird, that's why :lol

When is Sixers management gonna pull their head out of their ass, to realize Simmons ain't no high calibre all-star. No team in the league gonna give up a few players to trade for Simmons.

Tired of hearing about Simmons entire summer. If he doesn't want to play and report to camp, then don't pay him. No play = no pay.

Finally, the 76ers are not paying Brick Simmons. :lawl:

The Philadelphia 76ers have not paid Ben Simmons the $8.25 million he was owed today, according to multiple reports, continuing a weeks-long standoff between the club and its star player.

Simmons' contract, a five-year, $177 million pact signed in 2019, was structured to include a series of 25 per cent payouts. The $8.25 million figure represents the second of these installments. Simmons had already been paid the first 25 per cent of the money owed to him for the season, according to Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report.

^He's ego is far up his ass. Some young kid that likely will fuck his whole career over now. He's paid to do his job and he doesn't want to do his job, so he shouldn't be paid at all if he refuses to do his job. It's also bad business because Simmons can walk out anytime, if other teams consider getting him (giving the wrong impression). End of the day, it's likely fucked his whole career up due to this saga. It's fine to request a trade, but not showing up to work while the team tries to trade you is just unprofessional.

He's like a fucking pussy where his feelings are hurt from the comments from last season. Do we go quit our work when our boss/managers gives us shit, no we don't. We go work harder to improve in what we do and strive to become better so that they can't give us that same shit again next time.

Does Simmons really think he can stay home and not show up and be paid $30M+ for the next few years LOL

It's fine everyone has their own choices and decisions in life, and we don't all necessarily need to conform to the norm. But when your decisions impact others, I think it's a selfish decision and they should just leave and GTFO. If someone doesn't want to get vaccinated then let it be if it makes no impact on people that you surround your life with. With Kyrie not playing, it makes a huge impact on the team success to win a championship and I think that's a selfish decision.

Looks like Ben Simmons returning to team... I guess he couldn't afford to stop getting paid LOL.

Warriors win!

Warriors bench played well. Lakers do not have enough good shooters. Westbrook did not play well.

Lakers signed Avery Bradley off the scrap
Heap in order to improve their defence.

These old geezers are not lock down defenders. LUL

Great ball movement from the Warriors in order to get shots for the open shooter.

Eight career triple double for Steph. Warriors are going to be dangerous once they get Klay playing by New Year’s Eve.

What a game between the Nuggets and Heat tonight.

Things really got heated late in the game when Morris committed a flagrant two foul on Jokic.

Morris is pretty dumb for turning his back on the Joker after he gave him a hard foul.

Jokic retaliated rightfully.

-cannot wait until these two teams play each other again on November 29th.

Jimmy Butler was yelling at Jokic after the hard foul. “Bring your ass to the back!!” :lawl:

https://youtube.com/shorts/gp4CWdM9POU?feature=share

Jokic would fold Jimmy into a pretzel in a fight.

He does not want that smoke. LUL

Steph Curry talking with the NBA on TNT panel after a beatdown win over the Nets. Another great for Steph.

My early pick for MVP is Curry.

Golden State is playing really well now. Some fans talk about the Jazz and Nuggets being the best in the West. The Warriors are great too.

Once Klay comes back from injury, watch out.

Malice in the Palace!

LeBron throws a dirty left fist on Isaiah Stewart.
Pistons assistant Dwayne Casey reported that Stewart received eight stitches on his face.

Stewart’s bleeds profusely from a big cut near his right eye. I saw a replay of the dirty foul.

Wow, LeBron did him dirty.

Cannot blame Stewart for wanting to retaliate against Stewart. He was going to run a home run through the arena tunnel to get back at LeBron at the Lakers bench.

Flagrant 2 foul and ejection on LeBron.

I lost a great deal of respect for LeBitch tonight after that dirty play.

Although Stewart does use a football play to put his elbow into LeBron’s body and tangle up his arms, LeBron’s swinging of his forearm at Stewart’s face is very excessive.

Westbrook threw his hands up during the confrontation between Stewart and LeBron. LUL

He looked like that he wanted to throw punches. LUL

Blockbuster trade between the 76ers and Nets.

Brick Simmons goes to the Nets in exchange for James Harden going to the 76ers.

Simmons, Seth Curry, Andre Drummond and two first round picks to the Nets for Harden and Millsap.

Harden & WestBook
Trade Bro.

Just waiting Durant to join them :troll:

Nets needed to get rid of Irving, adds no value to the team. Either he's injured, personal leave, or can't play due to vaccination.

Simmons is a cry-baby, glad Sixers got rid of his ass.

Team LeBron wins the All Star game for a fifth year in a row.

LeBron makes the winning jump shot back on his old court in Cleveland. Wow.

163-160. A game that was actually competitive in the fourth quarter. Target score is 163.

Happy 75th anniversary, NBA!

450 thousand dollars in donations from Team LeBron for Kent State.

350 thousand dollars for Cleveland Food Bank.

Steph is the All Star Game MVP. The Kobe Bryant Trophy.

Super awkward for those waving in those pre-recorded clips. Why is Vince Carter not Top 75 but Lillard made it.

Vince Carter is talked about in EVERY all star game.
