Wow, what a game 2 win for Denver. Jamal Murray exploded with offence in the second half. 37 points. 23 pts in the second half. LeBron did not play well in the last few minutes of the fourth quarter. Missed layups. Some turnovers. Did LeBron flop again? Haha Hachimura played really well but the Lakers still lost game 2. The Official NBA thread Game 7! Wow, what a finish. Weak defence and rebounding from Miami on that last Boston winning bucket. There is no way that White should be that open at the Miami basket. Adebayo should have been defending the basket. Butler made some clutch free throws late in the game. Overall, he had a bad game in terms of shooting. The Official NBA thread Jamal Murray made NBA history. He had 10 or more assists in four straight NBA Finals games. First player to have this achievement. Playmaking from him is stellar. The bench players like KCP and Bruce Brown played well. Denver raised their defensive intensity when Jokic sat on the bench with five fouls. Aaron Gordon played really well with 27 points. Miami could not make shots in the fourth quarter. Adebayo shot bricks in the fourth quarter. Huge game four win for the Nuggets. I think that Denver will win their first championship next Monday. The Official NBA thread Well done Nuggets! Denver are NBA champs after 47 seasons. Too little too late for Miami. It was a hard fought victory in game 5 for Denver. Entire team effort on offence and defence. Aaron Gordon with some big defensive stops. Bruce Brown with some buckets. Jimmy Buckets’ offence came too late in the game. Full marks for Jokic. MVP. Happy for Jamal Murray. Two seasons of missing out from playoffs for him because of injury.
