I was reading about Jaffery in Calgary the other day and he said exactly what I thought. He was asked what's the biggest diffrence between Sutter and AV and he said Sutter talks to you and is involved with you. AV isnt, you would have to go through the assistants. When I watched them this year at training camp you could cleary tell that all communication was done through the assistants, and AV was just skating around. I assume its hard to tell your guys what to do when you dont even talk to them.

Agian, I would rather have a little problems now than in the playoffs. Just make the playoffs please.

There's nothing wrong with the depth and talent on this team, there's just a little disconnect between players because most of the starters didn't get any preseason time together to get their "chemistry" going, so there's a lot of scrambly play and poor positioning right now. Give'em a game or two for everyone to get in sync, if AV doesn't juggle the lines too much right off the bat, and things will be fine.
