I would love to see Kovy on our team. |
whats the word on grabner, are they bringing him back up? |
after conditioning probably, but he isnt going to play a game for the moose until thursday i belive.. that Jason portwondo or w/e on sportsnet just said "After a lengthy meeting between AV and Kevin Bieksa, Bieksa was seen smashing his stick over the boards before retreating to the dressing room today after practice" |

if we at least playing consistent, we can easily be on top 5 in the conference. BtW... i think stats are BS ... PP is 5th.. because one game they scored 4/5 PP, another game they scored 1/9 PP... true, they might scored lots of PP goals.. but they dont score when they needed it if they scored 3/3 PP when we are already 3-0, im happy but i will be happier if they scored that 3/3 PP when we are down 4-1... instead they scored NOTHING on the PP..which pissed me off |
Brodeur breaks SO record  |
I'm glad AV is addressing Bieksa's piss poor play but I think more could have been done a couple weeks ago before Bieksa started costing the Canucks games. And I watched the Bieksa interview last night and Bieksa seems to think nothing is wrong with his game and said he doesn't feel that he needs to change anything. What planet does this guy live on? How many more games are you going to cost the team before you wake up and realize that yes, it's your game that's fucking everything up right now. |

I think its becoming a disturbing trend for the guys in the locker room that they can take their sissy time to play on par. Maybe the awesome dressing room and the facilities are making them slack off. |

bieksa on the other hand is killing us with his costly mistakes and its hard not to notice.. |

I would still like to have someone like Kovy on our team....I've only been to a live game once this year against Montreal and that was loud (we scored a bunch) but what about other games? how's the crowd? On TV, it seems very quiet in there......now if he have Kovy, everytime he's on the ice everyone will pay attention. I just don't see us winning the Cup with Sedins and BURROWS on the first line lol.. |
canucks better win tonight, i'm still pissed off from that last game  |
Blake Price just tweeted that he saw Demitra on the ice right now at GM Place skating in the optional teammates. Rumours had it that he went back to Slovakia to see a therapist. Looks like he performed a miracle! |
I'd love to see Demitra back when he's fully healthy... he is still a sniper that can help our PP... maybe he gets on a little streak and boost up his trade value? lol |
I think it's fair people are pressing the panic button. Before this 8 game homestand, alot of people were saying if the Canucks can go 6-2 they will be in the thick of things and that will be a decent way to end their homestand before going on the road. Right now they are 4-2 and playing a hot Nashville team who has won 6 of their last 7 games. If the Canucks can pull out a win tonight and shitkick the Oilers on Boxing Day, we'll be in the hunt again. A 6-2 homestand would be a success in my books. I think once the Canucks are on the road, they will start tightning up in those one goal games and even start to steal points here and there in overtime and SO. |
We just gotta take things one game at a time ;) dL |
