easy, the leafs this year have a very potent blueline. Anytime you have Thomas Kaberle anchoring your blueline, expect good things to come. Its also the fact that the core of forwards have blossomed from the fail they were last year. Phil Kessel is the biggest impact, yes, he might not be on the score sheet as of late, but hes like ur 4th guy on a play that scores. He makes the team better by just playing good hockey with and WITHOUT the puck.
