hey guys

i have a dilemma.
you guys know these really comfortable shoes ie. under armor cross training shoes? and pretty good looking urban shoes like ones from creative recreation?
Are there any brand and type of shoes that is like a combination of the 2? that offers comfort (ie. i can workout in) while looks not too sporty?

It's hard to say, depends on your style.

Athletic shoes are shaped higher to run in, whereas fashion/lifestyle shoes are flatter and wider.

iam_dan 03-14-2011 06:38 PM

uniqlo shirts fit slightly slimmer than H&M and zara in comparison to the same sizes
i was out of the country, in taiwan at the time, where i bought them

So did you get one size bigger, or did you accept a snugger fitting shirt?

Lolkai 03-14-2011 07:52 PM

bought a couple of V-necks from Old Navy.
They're currently having a sale its only $7.50 each!!!
The quality seems to be decent but i don't know how they will be after several washes...

For my taste, I would probably choose Pumas or Onitsuka Tigers. And maybe certain Adidas too.. Depends what fit you want to run in. Cause I guess you could run in Air Maxes or Force Ones or whatever, but I personally don't like working out in such big clunky shoes.

the uniqlo shirts are slightly more tapered in at the waist than H&M, but im a thin guy, and the H&M shirts have never really fit me as well.
i wear the same size, but the uniqlos fit my build better.

Just wondering where you found your pair of Unbrandeds. I tried looking around UO and Plenty at Metro, no 101s at all.

I buy mine in the states. Locally I've only seen them at Foot Locker, Metro and Downtown.

cool.. i've never tried h&m's dressy dress shirts since I always feel bad unpinning the folded up shirts lol.. their casual dress shirts fit me well. I have a 32 inch waist(31 in pants though) and 38 chest, and I have pretty wide shoulders. I am 5'10 and their M seems to fit me very well (not too tight but not baggy). Some of their shirts (like t's) I prefer a Small though. the problem I have with some dress shirts is that the Small fits good but the collar is too tight if I button it up.

Mexx's slim fit isnt very slim either.
