People can say what they want about "Own the podium".

Before 2010 we had no golds, Now we have the most Canadian golds in an Olympics ever. That's pretty good.

What do you mean no golds? Canada had 7 Golds, 10 Silvers and 7 Bronze in Turin 2006. And they didn't have home advantage which is HUGE (fan/family support, extra practice time, less travel).
