As far as women drivers goes, even as a woman some of them irritate the fuck out of me. But don't go so far as to lump all women in together, I know some very good women drivers. Just like there are absolutely pitiful male drivers.

Those in the Graduated Licensing Program (GLP) -- with Class 7 New Driver “N” or Class 7 Learner “L” -- have a full ban on all phone and electronic devices including hands-free.

The only time a GLP driver is permitted to use a phone or electronic device in a car is if they’re safely parked and off the roadway or are making an emergency call to 9-1-1. This will help them stay focused and make the roads safer for everyone.

If we'r making such a big fuss over cell phones, why r ppl still allowed to drink & drive? The slightest hint of alcohol affects ur judgement as well. Why wouldnt alcohol be banned?

woot talkin on the phone at night time is still doable, hard to see shit, just like hard to ticket a person with front tint at night
