I noticed that around 8am/9am/10am the coffee tastes like crap, at least it does at the Bridgeport location and Shell Road x Cambie location, in Richmond.

Went to a random on Thurs and they were all sold out already. Don't think they get any additional shipments.

im no fan of mcdonalds or tim hortons but i get coffee and an occasional bagel from them once in a while before work out of convenience.

at first i thought mcdonalds bagels were better, but now i take that back... mcdonalds does not always toast their bagels to order, so sometimes you get them and they have been pre-toasted and a little stale.. timmies at least toasts it to order every time... also at timmies, always ask for your bagels to be double toasted.

The bagels at McDonald's are supposed to be toasted. Whoever was working in the kitchen either didn't get the memo, or was just straight up lazy. They are supposed to defrost the bagels before toasting them, but it looks like they are strapped for time/orders, and threw in whatever was frozen into the toaster.

the Mcdonald fried chicken in HK is LEGIT.... very tender, juicy with a slight kick to it... HOLY CRAP... I didn't believe it when someone kept saying it was good.

the only thing is that it ain't crispy as KFC and oh... it's not as oily. My friend says they are fried when you order which i call BS, but man.. i was impressed.

the chicken wings are mad legit. The new chicken buckets though I'm not a big fan of. I feel like they're overly breaded and not straight up fried oily crispy like the KFC kind.

Tried ordering a sausage/bagel combo just now. Apparently, no bagels and hashbrowns, outside of breakfast hours now. So just McMuffin sandwiches and hotcakes, I'm guessing.

Also, I think $1 coffee starts tomorrow.
