Shame that there is still no porsche, would be nice to have the GT3RS CGT and widow maker in the game.

Was taking a look at the car list
-Not a fan of the car list doesn't have my car :'(
-instead you get 9 different models of yaris/vitz
-Lol there are over 50 GTRs
-Still no porsche :(
-Seems like BMW + mercedes + audi isn't even half of the number of mitsubishis
-Less Japanese cars more euro and definitely more variety, Not 10 different tunes of one car
-Much prefer the Forza Car list
-Who decides the 'S' and 'P' classifications..? 03 S2k is S but 06 is P
-Why have 5 different aston martins and not have the New vantage + DBS -_- just recycled cars from older GT games
-321 to 338, all pretty standard issue S2Ks... whats the point

Yeah overall not impressed by the GT5 car list, hopefully theres some downloadable content.

i was awake when they first added the GT5 pre-order at futureshop with the wheel but there was some stupid programming error so it wouldnt let me checkout because the Wheel wasnt available to ship or pickup

i feel asleep woke up now both are sold out -_-

Ugh, never really appealed to me lol

Damn I want a wheel set up now, never really got the hang of it but I guess practice makes perfect? I have a set of 993 sport seats that my dad took out of his car that are just sitting around, Anyone here running that kind of setup with a normal car seat? It weighs around 50lbs, last time I helped a friend move the playseat weighs about 10-15lbs?

so you can enable full clutch on the G25 in prologue by pressing triangle?

^ when the you cross the start line, yes.

I hope in the full game, they will have a settings option to have it always on. Sucks starting in N at the beginning of the race, then pressing triangle, and then shifting into 2/3.

I have compared the actual engine sounds from Forza and GT, and I can't believe how much better and more realistic Forza sounds.
I've always complained that the PS3 GT games sound is too muffled and even from outside camera view it sounds almost the same as inside the car.
For the creator of GT who is supposed to be a perfectionist this is a no go, I have a hard time believing a huge studio like Polyphony would mess up on sound, there has to be some reason for it.

Someone please post that vid comparison of the 370Z between the 2 games, the clip is on you tube

yeah the sound in GT5 is complete bs. It was excellent way back on Playstation (GT and GT2), but GT4 onwards... there was no excuse
