Near the lower right corner there is a single stuck pixel that is bright white. This never occurs in other games and only happens when I load the single player. I haven't tested it on Multi yet because I never seems to connect lol.

haha ya at first i thought it was my monitor. i tapped the pixel and it went away, then it came back. I then realized it was in the game.


It's like a 'hot pixel' on ur monitor in the bottom right corner. Like a dead pixel but white.

Well i am glad it is just in game, I recently purchaced a dell monitor and I thought i got a dead pixel :mad:

Also, during cinimatics I still see 1 pixel below the black bar, pretty distracting to say the least.

I should've expected this from dice after my launch experience with bf2 and bf2142.

I recently built this pc (last week) so I know I updated all the latest drivers as I had to do a fresh install. I have a feeling it could be glitches with 64bit OS.

\/ sigh probably ati drivers as well. man I would get a nvidia next time but the 5800 series is just so superior :(.

*sigh* it's probably the stupid-ass ATi driver conflicting with your x64 system. I wonder if your frd's that are having it are all running on ati drivers?

Hmm, so how's the gameplay? Interested in buying but might wait until most launch bugs are resolved (just like any other BF game).

what do the video settings mean?
Vertical Sync, anti aliasing, anistrophic filtering. do you guys set it to 1x, 2x, 3x, etc?

any lag online for pc? the beta was horrific.. its gotta be lag free right?

^ just find low ping servers, or like seattle ones.

I'm lag free. running everything on the highest settings.
Only problem is connecting.

I'm planning to get this game for the PS3. How is it? Is this game comparable to MW2?

God I hate the fucking server browser. SO shitty. Connection errors left and right... shitty ass GUI, I thought they'd fix it for the release..

everything is way better. except the bugs lol. server connecting, etc etc. but if you can get it working, its way more realistic and lots more to do.

no my friend and I play all the time (on PC) and I believe the ping thing on the server lists is messed up, it would never show the ping on the server.

For those who are lagging try joining seattle servers, refresh the whole server list and scroll down to s and try and join a seattle server, it worked for my friend and I, we usually had around 274-300 ping on avg before playing on seattle servers, and after our pings were 114-125 on avg, the difference was light and day

The PC version of this game is amazing!

Also, for your sound settings...not sure if this is on the consoles. For the PC change it 'War Tapes'

I believe the middle column between your K/D and your POINTS is the PING column. The number always changes everytime I press the tab button after awhile, and even when im not earning points. So I think its the ping column. Also when the game gets super laggy, that number jumps to 400-500 for me, which reflects lag.

The game is fucken amazing graphics wise.

try using the spot button when you aim your sights and shoot at enemies

at least it gives them the orange triangle over their head so helps you pin point where they are on your sights

also watch some youtube videos, assault classes requires you to shoot in short burst rather than spray

anyways servers came back on today at around 6pm, and its much more bearable for me to play now, the server browser still takes forever to load
