so i got my doc to fill out this form, do i sent it to student health services? or do i send it to my program head? theres no information detailing where it goes afterwards

im done my finals for level 1 thankfully, passed level 1 with a 74%, time to step it up for level 2, already pretty hectic, have a test before winter break next wednsday

Depends on the final. I think for math I studied for 6 hours straight but I have OB in the morning and cant read a god-damn page without checking RS. OB is so boring. Even more so than math.

I'm studying ob right now as I have a final for it tomorrow too. This stuff is so stupid. I really hate how they over-complicate things way too much to the point where you just laugh at the definition.

no i didn't have to pay. i sent it to my program head last wednesday when i got it filled out.. he's not responding to my emails >.<
