NO! Your job is to show your Road Test Instructor your skills. That means you have to do DOUBLE the speed limit especially in the snow to make sure that your instructor knows you have the skills to overcome any weather condition be it snow, ice, hail or rain. WIN!

Depends on the road condition, if it's unsafe to do 50 then don't do it.

SupraTTturbo2jz 01-20-2012 12:36 AM

fliptuner 01-20-2012 12:45 AM

see.lai 01-20-2012 12:48 AM

damn just got home from richmond, had to drive like a turtle even though it wasn't even that much on the ground. couldnt risk it.

OTG-ZR2 01-20-2012 12:50 AM

Side roads were slick, traction was an issue on some hills. Still able to cruse normally on main roads.

So many scared, straight armed individuals on the road tonight.

Damn, I got a dilemma tomorrow.
I have an interview. Office job. Should I wear dress shoes or go in boots?
Taking skytrain, so can't bring extra change of shoes or something :fuuuuu:

I'm fine if the streets are shovelled, but it's snowing right now as I type...

91, 99, #10 all covered(surrey area). They are plowing like mad though so we will see. I want to watch the news in the morning just to watch the carnage from my bed. Oh and it's still -5 and lightly snowing.

BrRsn 01-20-2012 05:33 AM

Fucking hell, had a dream I woke upto disappointment and went to go post it on RS and got flamed. Woke up shortly thereafter to realize I awoke to disappointment. Awaiting incoming flaming.

You disappointed me today mother nature, you bitch.

On another side note, Of course CTV has Bhinder Jadan (brown girl) do the surrey weather report :fuckthatshit:

7seven 01-20-2012 05:42 AM

Just drove in from the studio (Grandview Hwy/Boundary) to the office (Burrard/Dunsmir), roads are pretty clear, no rain/snow falling yet, only about a cm on the ground on side routes.

murd0c 01-20-2012 05:48 AM

East Van/Burnaby main roads clear. Only side streets are covered. Nothing like the 10cm that was predicted.
