Burnaby is a winter wonderland right now. I just came from some Burnaby mountain hooning; it's amazing how the conditions drastically change when you move from east to west.

Dusting of snow overnight in my part of Abby... now it's clear, cold, and just plain windy.

to the owner of the 370z who abandoned their ride on Hythe Ave/Hastings st. in the middle of the road last night... come and get your car before the plow gets it :(

flagella 11-29-2014 09:23 AM

Hythe and hastings eh? Saw an Infiniti fx crash scene there last time at around midnight. Fire truck, police car, etc.

Groot 11-29-2014 09:45 AM

Drive safe guys... Car crashed on hwy near exit 40.. Happened right beside me and debris flew onto my car fuuu

bicboi 11-29-2014 10:04 AM

I live on Burris and it was a bloody mess yesterday. My car was sliding down the hill, so I had my hazards on and my face like this the whole way

hi-revs 11-29-2014 10:21 AM

Lots of snow built up in coquitlam.

StylinRed 11-29-2014 11:20 AM

Its icy out there guys becareful, saw a lot of cars slip n slide this morning

willystyle 11-29-2014 11:30 AM

Anyone know what the road conditions are up at SFU? Are the roads salted?

Jmac 11-29-2014 11:32 AM

6" of snow this morning in Duncan when I got called into work for 6 AM in Nanaimo. Plows did an absolutely shitty job, basically doing S-patterns, so you were never traveling in a straight line.

Roads were clear on the way home at least.

6o4__boi 11-29-2014 11:44 AM

anyone been to queensborough area? How are the roads looking?

girl wants to go there today but area looked like a mess this morning on the news.

donjalapeno 11-29-2014 11:52 AM

finally my winter tires got a workout

m3thods 11-29-2014 01:27 PM

Anyone notice the plows (at least in Burnaby) having green lasers shooting from them doing what appeared to be looking for the lane lines? It looked like a rave along Lougheed between Sperling and Bainbridge lol

Not familiar which exit is number 40 but was that the accident between gaglardi and brunette? Looked pretty bad when I drove by at 1230ish. Hope the guy in that car is alright.

Maybe 2" of snow in Port coquitlam.

Freaking some people on the highway doing 75 in the hov lane dabbing the brakes for no reason. I don't know what is more dangerous, the fucks going 75 touching their brakes all the time, or the ice.

Was it a 350z? Oops... could not tell it was semi buried and up against the island. Could not tell if it slid all the way down the hill or jumped the island :o

Every year when it snows, it's the same shit.
BMW's, Mercs, Volvo's, and some FWD cars.

Honestly, the police should park outside of the Kinder Morgan protest site and their usual spot on Gallardi and check all cars if they are equipped with winter tires before allowing them up to SFU.

In years past, all those cars stuck at the stop sign just after the round about would kill me but this year I was able to drive up the back round to go home and to go out.

i do not get what is with many bmw drivers and their aversion to getting winter tires... put on the right shoes for the weather and a bmw can do anything in the white stuff.

If it was with a grey/silver mazda CX-5 and green pontiac then yes it was. Person just kept going in the mazda which I think was because he was blinded by the sun as it was rising around 8:00am.
