ah memories... i remember being so low i was scooping up so much snow into my transmission tunnel that the cats wouldn't warm up and the 02 sensors would throw a fit and light up the dash like an xmas tree :lol

id say maybe around 6ish in the downtown core, but it was much heavier around QE area due to higher elevation

looks like its coming down real hard right now

DAMN.. i went out at 8am.. shovel snow, went to walmart to buy some stuff.. starbucks for coffee.. came back at 9am and driveway full of snow again..

on a side note, I spotted an old $20 bill at the checkout.. haha lady tried to hide it but saw it and asked nicely if I could have that one... SCORED!

Another Pacific frontal system will move across the South Coast today and produce more snow over the region. Over East Vancouver Island and the Southern Gulf Islands a total of 10 to 15 cm of snow is expected today while over remaining regions 5 to 10 cm of accumulation is expected. Late this afternoon or early this evening milder Pacific air will invade and cause the snow to change over to rain in most areas. During the change over localized freezing rain is possible over the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley.

We got about 6" here and still falling at a decent rate. It's pretty warm (5 degrees), so it may turn to rain at some point.

My GF just sent me a pic from her place in Shawnigan Lake and she's got what looks like a foot of snow there, could only get halfway up the driveway because her front bumper was acting as a plow.

Newton Surrey is still getting dumped on (all day). It's sticking, but looking at 132nd it appears at most 2-5 cm's are sticking.
