I for 1 would like to see a bid process, then comp, along with re-investment clause, not just go with f-35 where we don't even know the final cost per piece & plus life cycle cost worked out. Its pretty amazing that all indications including from pentagon has stated that the final cost will mulitply (but the haper govt. Is still sticking to its guns). Techincal evaluation by af, along with transfer to tech (in full) should be worked out. Something similar to what india is going thru. Posted via RS Mobile |
