Should I wait to cycle 1 month off then go on EC stack? I was thinking 8 weeks on some type of fat burner then 4 weeks off.
Posted via RS Mobile

personally when i was doing eca stacks, i did 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. i think 2 months is a bit long to be on it. this could vary though so wait for others to chime in.

Ch28 03-27-2011 11:29 PM

Just go with an EC stack and skip the aspirin.

they always make a reason for you to order something lol even tho u dont need 2

SkinnyPupp 04-02-2011 06:22 PM

Yup exactly. I actually ordered their new "Hydro Builder" which comes with a free bottle of orange amino. I would never buy it normally, but since it comes with amino I decided to. I did the same thing for their "Hydro Whey"

Not sure what's supposed to be special about this "Hydro Builder" but I do know that I need a new PWO. Using Torrent or other PWO with a lot of maltodextrin does a number on my gut, and I have to stop using it.

Interesting idea, but I wouldn't trust it.

Truth be told, you can get the same ORAC value as even high quality versions like Biotest Superfood, by eating a handful of blueberries or whatever each day.

Lean Muscle X.. FUCK YEAH!

604dragon 04-03-2011 11:43 PM

can you guys point me in the direction of good supplements of hmb or glutamine?
i was planning to purchase off bodybuilding.com but im wondering if theres anywhere else I can purchase it at a better price.

SkinnyPupp 04-03-2011 11:47 PM

For hmb nobody touches bb.com brand. Note that you have to take quite a bit of it, so buy at least 2 bottles. For glutamine, I wouldn't bother, but go for their brand for that as well. Their brand is called Higher Power

wheres a good place to purchase it? do they sell hmb in pharmacys?
would it be better for me to buy hmb at a store like gnc?

I was planning to get http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/glut.html
but for glutamine this is the product you are talking about right?
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hp/glutamine.html

SkinnyPupp 04-04-2011 12:17 AM

For HMB get this. 5 caps a day, spread throughout the day.

For glutamine, if you are buying for performance or recovery or anything like that, don't bother. If you are getting it for intestinal health and immune system benefits, then get this. If you need capsules, and don't mind paying twice the price, then get these instead. If you want to pay 3x the price instead of 2x for no good reason, then get the Optimum you linked to before.
