closing the thread, this has gone for far too long, op doesnt even respond anymore, and the shop has stepped up to offer to correct the problem.

now its come down to a he said she said. the original intent of the op to publicly humiliate the shop on the internet has backfired a little due to conflicting information. Shop has come out to respond to allegations. how much more do you need?
