Im really grateful for everyone who risked their safety in the name of the city..notice how in most videos, even though it was just a person or two, they manage to push away the rioters somewhat? I was at the game and left with about 3 minutes left. While walking up Georgia I saw the smoke from the car outside the post box and I could only shake my head. I was determined to get out of the downtown core asap, and it just so happened a friend was heading out at that very moment. In hindsight, I wish my friends and I hadn't taken off like responsible citizens, and rather had stayed around to help some of the poor suckers that had to fend for themselves against these cowards. This irks me more than the Canucks losing the Finals, and I am a die hard. ( I will admit it hurt me more in 94)

first of all, the "rumours" were already spread. i decided to step up and address the fact that yes, something was being done about it. you think i would've given half a shit if i wasn't reading speculation from others about him being an air cadet? this guy is on the face of various news stations, he has been arrested, i don't need to bring any justice to light. it is the fact that people were associating him with the air cadet program as a whole. THAT'S when i felt i needed to step in

and yes, i could've editted out the names, but they were left in to show that the CORRECT people were contacted. and are you serious? I have brought shame to the program? i'm sorry, i must have the facts a bit messed up here, because i thought the one waving a hockey stick around downtown during a RIOT and breaking glass was the one causing shame to his squadron, his school, and not to mention his city. if he didn't want to be called out on the internet, then maybe he shouldn't have ran around destroying buildings. give that some thought. i did what i did to preserve the image of the air cadet program and to show that not all of us are like our little poster boy
