Is the survey only for undergrads living in residence?

dygital 03-04-2014 08:57 PM

Anyone planning to take CNPS 433 during the summer or have taken it? TBA teacher though.

I have a parking ticket I forgot to pay within 14 days, and I don't feel like paying $60 for a parking ticket.

Long story short, it would be a risk to continue parking on campus if I do not pay off this fine correct?

double0seven 03-31-2014 05:20 PM

Have you ever bought a parking pass? If they have your info from this plate, your not going to graduate until you pay it off lol.

Happened to a friend of mine. He applied for graduation but was denied. His parents asked why he didn't graduate for 2 semesters and freaked out when they found out because he didn't pay his parking ticket. LOL!

Was this a recent thing? I thought it went through the courts and was ruled that the school can't hold someone from graduating due to a parking ticket?

Akinari 04-03-2014 08:47 AM

Never purchased a parking pass before.

My question was not whether or not I would graduate, it was whether or not anyone actually had any experience being towed for not paying a parking ticket :derp:

double0seven 04-03-2014 10:09 AM

Yeah you're going to get towed for sure...

UBC appealed and they won, so everyone had to pay back tickets.

Will they do that for a single ticket? Or do you need to have a number of them? (Like enough to get you towed)

Also, does that Prius with the camera array on it piss you off as much as it does for me when it drives by?

Kisame 05-08-2014 10:39 PM

completed the last exam that i will ever write for the rest of my life about a week ago. Passed everything and waiting for my grad application to be accepted. Does it always take long for the application to be approved?

kb 05-09-2014 02:22 AM

^ I'm pretty sure you were supposed to apply for graduation more than a month ago...

Selanne_200 05-09-2014 10:03 AM

Deadline to apply for graduation in May was Feb 28th

Kisame 05-09-2014 05:43 PM

i applied, but im just wondering if it usually takes long for it to be approved

kb 05-10-2014 02:10 AM

Well my status is approved already, haven't checked if other people's are as well though. From what I read everyone's should be approved by 2 weeks before graduation ceremonies.
