Thanks guys, and Akinari you have PM |
Akinari, do you park at Thunderbird? Saw a green element there. |
Nope, I only park on SW Marine. If I do park in a parkade, it's always only in the North Parkade. Hate to bring this up again, but does anyone know where there's free temporary parking on campus? :derp: say for like an hour or two. |

Parked my car at 12:00 on SW Marine. Finished classes and got back to my car at 4:00 and realized that I forgot to lock my car :alonehappy: |
^Hey... At least you didn't lock your car keys in on SW Marine  Had to call busters :\ |
there's not many spots at SW marine drive right? and i'd assume they fill up reall quick especially in the morning hours |
Having to pay $30 extra course fees in class for my CBEL class and my group (of 7) doesn't have any expenses to submit for our research :rukidding: |

I had to park in North Parkade today though :okay: Also mother of puddles, hydroplaned a couple times on SW Marine. Thank god I'm not driving the Element this week or the next, it's getting new rotors and pads. |
tfw first years show up to quiet study area of the library and start talking really loud....about gossip and homework... |

Also, UBCRSmeat after midterms? Before the seasons change and it starts raining every single day :okay: |
Nah... I don't think quiet study even exists in Irving... that place is horrific if you need to get things done Woodward 3rd floor lol |

Koerner basement in the mornings is the safest bet, it's essentially devoid of people. |
Koerner basement = go all the way to the corner behind all the shelves from the national archives = best studying spot. Also riddington room (my usual) is packed as hell now. Ever since that stupid post about UBC being like Harry Potter :rukidding:. I swear it was empty as hell till about last week. |
Not to mention the temperature in not just the Riddington Room, but pretty much Irving itself is over 9000 degrees. Not sure about you guys, but in the winter when I'm wearing a huge jacket because it's freezing outside and I go into Irving, I start sweating balls because of all the people inside and the general stuffiness of the building. I guess being "green" means not having a good HVAC system  I've noticed this in several of the newer "green" buildings on campus... UBCRSmeat next week? I'm serious LOL. I feel like we all need to meet each other face to face :alonehappy: I also always see a white ITR with JDM front fascia parked on Crown with an RS decal on the side. |

That ITR has been there forever :lol. I think the owner posted in this thread late last term. |
