RIP to one of the strongest and most influential CEOs (if not the most) of any company this century.

The products may not have been the most cutting edge, but the marketing and integration of the entire company was masterful.

A new day's starting, and it will be interesting to see where Apple goes from here.

Wow, what's with all the disrespect?

Steve Jobs was a visionary genius who loved what he did. He single-handedly revived Apple from nothing to the largest company in the world. Like his products or not, he has done some amazing things with Apple and Pixar. I've had my Macbook Pro for 2 yrs and I still love it more than any PCs I've ever used.

RIP Steve Jobs.

You make it sound like being a CEO is easy. He was a lot more than you describe.

When did he die? Did they postpone this news after the release of the iphone4s yesterday? That's bad taste if they did.

RIP Steve. Took awhile for me to jump on the bandwagon but Im glad I did.

how did you glean "being a ceo is easy" ?

he was a lot more certainly but he wasn't godly like the fans want to portray him as

he was a great businessman & all that entails (and yes he also invented but he wasn't spectacular in this regard)

it sucks he passed away and its horrible he had to go that way rip

Seriously, what the hell are you smoking? How is he a shady CEO? What are you talking about? Sounds to me you know absolutely nothing about Apple and Steve Jobs.

Are you saying McDonalds and Coca Cola are successful because Warren Buffet invested in them?

You're one of those guys who hate Apple products because you are reluctant to change, and like the attention you get from dissing everybody around you for using an iPhone.
