thanks guys  another noob question...it says i need to fill out the waybill and stick it on the box...where do i find the waybill? lol 
edit: waybill is your EZ label thing on the front of the package.

Got my 2 boxes today. One for working and one for dented not working.
Guys, take pictures of the box and stuff before you ship it off as it says specifically if the ipod is damaged in shipping they will not care if you cant prove it was shipped properly.
